improve lab security and restricting contact with bats could solve the problem. that way the chinese can “save face” and the world can be a safer place to live in.

Quarantining healthy people is counter productive.
Giving scientists control over social issues is a recipe for disaster.
Expecting politicians to do the right thing for citizens all but guarantees corruption.
Using a crisis as an excuse to fuck with proven safety nets promises lives will be ruined.

Those who mocked social distancing and wearing a mask were responsable for super spreader events that ultimately killed many innocent people. Now that restrictions are being dropped, those same people are the ones who refuse to get the vaccine making them responsable once again for keeping this virus going. tsk, tsk, tsk.

Nice social experiment, what did we learn from it? There is a control issue, that can be used to forgo basic rights of individuals, that those with the largest voice or audience can influence a large part of the population, without creditable information, that given the chance to take advantage of a possible crisis, the government will do just that.

 

I admit I bought into it at first. But after noticing that the states that never shut down didn’t have a higher death toll than the states that did, I started to change my opinion on how much of the restrictions were necessary really.

The influenza thing is most interesting.
The flu figures are way down all around the world , which begs the question.

If the same simple precautions that can prevent the spread of covid , also can prevent the spread of flu , as evidence clearly indicates ,
then we can prevent most of those deaths in the future.

Will we ?
I doubt to it.

Even if we tried , when mass world-wide travel résumés eventually , could we maintain any such improvements ?

 

I have no doubts that the virus was weaponized by the Chinese government. Many of my Chinese friends don’t think the government was smart enough to create the virus, rather, they saw it’s growth as an opportunity to cleanse their population of the older (less productive) generation and weaken the rest of the world.

In the US, our government bowed down to fear and tried to lock everyone down, despite the number not showing high risk for populations under 40 yo. The result of that was a lack of trust of our government.

Of course, the reasons for so much of this was money. The question remains, who gets the money and is any of it real? The US just printed $2 TRILLION to fund us ‘not working’....

 

Rebranded flu/cold used in a greater capacity to remove rights and liberties, to create division and disharmony amongst us in order to break the will of the populace. End goal being one world government, population reduction and control, agenda 21 sustainable development goals.
Never been a tinfoil hat guy but, the longer the lies are being perpetrated, the more I feel we are all being sold down the river by those with the power and the money. The so-called pandemic/covid-19 scare aside, I suggest that all the masking, social distancing and the closing down of nonessential businesses was nothing more than an exercise in how well the population could be controlled through panic and fear. Out of the deaths that the federal fucking government has been tabulating...CoVid only resulted as the sole contributor of 6%..the rest of the deaths, those patients/victims had other underlying health conditions...that's a fucking fact.
